In industry competition "Best Employer in ICT 2019" jambit ranks 5th
Munich, March 20, 2019: jambit is again officially one of the winners of the industry competition "Best Employer in ICT". Also in 2019, our good workplace culture pays off.
Yesterday, the Great Place to Work® Institute honored the best employers in the information and communications technology industry at the Munich Highlight Towers. In the category of companies with 101-500 employees, jambit ranks 5th.
In the current industry competition, companies of all sizes and industries voluntarily faced the judgement of their own employees and of the independent Great Place to Work® Institute. With a 2:1 ratio in the weighting of the results, the employees' rating outweighs the evaluation of the GPTW Institute.
And our jambitees' evaluation is impressive:
91% of them would recommend jambit as an employer to their friends.
