What you do here:
- Administer Kubernetes for system restarts and anomaly recognition.
- Utilize Linux expertise to navigate and restart services on webcenter machines.
- Monitor logs using Kibana/NewRelic for efficient issue resolution.
- Apply Terraform/Helm knowledge for streamlined infrastructure management.
- Demonstrate experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms.
What makes you a good fit:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Previous experience in a Support Engineer role is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Terraform, Helm, and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with containerization and log monitoring tools.
