Respect for human rights
jambit respects internationally recognized human rights as fundamental values and promotes compliance with them.
Prohibition of child labor and young workers
jambit acts in accordance with Convention No. 138 of the International Labor Organization (ILO) on the minimum age for admission to employment and takes appropriate measures to protect adolescent employees.
Rights of minorities and indigenous peoples
jambit does not tolerate any form of discrimination based on race, nationality, ethnic or social origin, gender, religion or belief, disability, age, or sexual identity and takes the necessary measures to protect them against any discrimination. Any complaint about alleged discrimination will be thoroughly investigated and comprehensively clarified.

jambit respects the right to freedom of association, which includes the formation and association of interest groups (especially unions or union-like groups). jambit does not restrict its employees in pursuing their interests and protects them from any form of disadvantage arising from the exercise of these rights.
