This position is available at our office in Munich.

What you do here:

• You process transactions related to German tax and social security regulations and you are responsible for the preparation, entry and control of all payroll-related matters as well as for reporting system/registration and certification
• You assist with administrative tasks and data maintenance
• For tasks such as process organization and constant consulting, you always have an open ear for our managers, employees and CEOs and are professionally up to date

What makes you a good fit:

• You have several years of work experience in payroll accounting
• You bring sound knowledge in all areas of payroll accounting (including social security and payroll tax law)
• Service orientation, communication and team skills, diligence and a good feeling for confidential documents and information as well as independent work in an agile environment are important to you
• You are highly motivated to constantly improve your skills and are interested in current developments in case and tax law
• You have a good command of written and spoken English

• You bring experience with our accounting system NAPA3 or the willingness to learn this and other tools within a short period of time
• You have knowledge of labor law, company pension scheme and contracting
