This position is available at our office in Munich.

What you do here:

• You are responsible for supervising invoicing and handling payment transactions as well as monitoring incoming payments and carrying out dunning procedures
• As an expert in current financial accounting, you are the direct contact person for all accounting-related questions
• You are involved in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB) as well as in economic and company audits
• You contribute your experience in optimizing process and organizational structures and continuously develop finance processes and systems together with the team
• You are responsible for the supervision and coordination of fixed assets and creditor management
• You are the first point of contact for tax-related issues

What makes you a good fit:

• You hold a degree or have a completed vocational training with a focus on finance or taxes as well as several years of professional experience
• You have very good knowledge in accounting according to HGB
• You bring experience with accounting programs as well as knowledge of MS Office
• You have good command of written and spoken German and English

• You bring knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 and Power BI
• You have initial experience in consolidated accounting in accordance with HGB and IFRS
