As Business Analyst/Product Owner, you focus on understanding the needs and goals of your clients. You are the link between the specialist department and the development team and ensure technical coordination and idea generation together with the client. You can choose to work in one of our offices in Munich, Stuttgart, Leipzig, Erfurt or remotely.

What you do here:

• You capture the ideas and wishes of your clients and analyze, define and prioritize the requirements
• You are responsible for planning and accompanying sprints
• On your own initiative, you question the benefits and feasibility of project ideas and, in collaboration with experienced software engineers, make recommendations for appropriate solutions
• As part of our agile teams, you will also make sure that resources are used in the best possible way to deliver high quality software to the clients' satisfaction with 100% enthusiasm

What makes you a good fit:

• You already have professional experience in the role as Business Analyst, Product Owner or in a similar position
• You are enthusiastic and actively communicating as well as arguing to never lose sight of the respective scope

• You hold a university degree in (business) computer science or comparable subjects
• You have excellent analytical and conceptual skills in process and requirements management of agile IT projects
