jambits CEO Markus Hartinger als Mentor an der TUM.

jambits CEO inspires as mentor

Mutual learning and joint achievement of goals

Developing personality, enhancing skills and building networks – these are the guiding principles behind the TU Munich Mentoring Program which was recently the focus of a special issue of the TUM alumni magazine. For one year each, TU Munich alumni accompany students and doctoral candidates as advisor and sparring partner.

jambit‘s CEO Markus Hartinger has already taken on his third mentorship. About his motivation, why he got involved in this program, he says: „I wanted to get to know interesting people and to re-establish the contact to student life. I’ve had a good time at the TUM and learned a lot. Thus, I thought it’s time to give something back to my former university.” Despite his busy working schedule, he meets his mentees regularly and provides constructive feedback about their appearance and future plans. Due to his multifaceted experiences as company founder, CEO, family man and athlete, he is able to inspire his mentees and to support them in realizing their goals.
