Trainings and Skills Enhancement

Ambitious projects can only be managed with highly qualified staff. To expand our employees’ potential, we offer numerous individual training opportunities. Apart from qualifications in the field of technology, we also support the personal development of our employees. Therefore we provide topics like project management, communication and loads more on our training agenda.

As the world of software does not seem to stop spinning, every jambit employee regularly takes part in advanced trainings – altogether every employee has a minimum of 10 days per year at their disposal for personal skills development.

External Trainings

Within an annual appraisal interview, an individual career strategy is being developed between employer and employee; interaction between team members thereby always on focus. For cross-sectional topics such as agile software project management, jambit prefers in-house trainings conducted by top external training providers. Of course we also care for a good access of our staff to external trainings. On top of that, personal trainings for the enhancement of individual skills are provided. Papers for conferences or other publications are welcomed and encouraged.

Internal Trainings

To expand the jambit know-how pool, regular internal trainings are organized, in which jambit employees share their knowledge with the team. Every other week a presentation of 30 minutes is given for sharing knowledge from individuals with the group. This way jambit generates its extraordinary  know-how pool, that saves time and adds additional value to our customers’ projects.
